The short version
This site sets no non-essential cookies until you consent. Nothing measures you, records you or attributes a booking to this site unless you allow it. You can change your mind at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

Strictly necessary cookies
Only one: the record of your consent choice. Without it the banner would reappear on every page. It sets no identifier used for tracking.
Analytics and behavioural cookies
Google Analytics 4 tells us which guides are read and which are ignored. Microsoft Clarity shows where readers get stuck — a table that gets clicked as though it were a link, a section nobody scrolls to. Both run only with consent, and declining them changes nothing about how the site works for you.
Affiliate cookies
This is how the site is funded. When you open a booking widget or follow a partner link, the partner sets a cookie so that a booking made afterwards is attributed here and the site earns commission. You pay nothing extra, and declining these cookies costs you nothing — the widgets still work, the site simply does not get paid. See the affiliate disclosure.
Changing your mind
Use the cookie settings link in the footer of any page. It reopens the same panel you saw on your first visit, and withdrawing consent takes exactly as few clicks as giving it. Your choice is remembered for six months, after which you will be asked again. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking everything will not break this site, as none of its content depends on cookies.
